Return & Repair Policy
As a handmade product company, our policies will differ from big box stores. Our current policy for READY TO SHIP products is 100% refund excluding shipping costs within 7 days of shipment date. This will only be honored if the item is 100% unused and unharmed. Any flaws that were not part of the design or natural scarring in the hide will void refund. Refunds on new condition returns will be processed 1-3 business days upon delivery. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
There will be NO refunds on custom products. Unfortunately custom items are difficult to re-sell. Therefore as a small business can not afford to make a return. We will work hard to ensure the bag is to your liking prior to shipment.
REPAIRS: We want you to LOVE your item! Unfortunately due to general wear and tear on items that happens with any product, we cannot offer free repairs on any item over 6 months of purchase. We would, however, be happy to repair your item for a small charge fee (depending on repair) to make your product like new!
